Educational Requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or
infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years focusing on Modern Work
technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM/MAM).
Proven
expertise in M365 architecture, including Exchange Online, SharePoint
Online, Teams, OneDrive, and endpoint management with Intune.
Deep
knowledge of device management, mobile security, compliance frameworks,
and automation using PowerShell, Graph API, or other relevant tools.
Experience in pre-sales engagements, developing solution designs, proposals, and responding to RFPs.
Strong
communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical
concepts to business stakeholders and C-level executives.
Microsoft
certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102
(Endpoint Administrator), MS-700 (Teams Administrator), SC-300 (Identity
and Access Administrator), or equivalent are highly desirable.
